Hotel Nikko - Curitiba

my recent stay in curitiba was incredible, but this time at nikko, it was even better. the japanese aesthetic, helpful staff, and proximity to the city center exceeded all expectations. the breakfast buffet was simply awesome!

The reception staff were very helpful and courteous.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy and made the window in the bedroom rattle.

We loved being so close to Praca Tiradentes and choosing this hotel for our stay.

Service slow if you are not ignored. Rooms ok but unimpressive. Wifi quick when it works.

Excellent evening concierge, Christopher, were great. The hotel decor had a unique Japanese style. Clean and simple rooms. Reliable and fast Wi-Fi. Good location near the conference center and shopping mall. Option for an executive suite. I will recommend this hotel.

Great locality and facilities. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped.

The staff spoke very little or no English which for a high standard hotel is poor and very disappointing. We had a lot of problems just trying to communicate the simplest request. Our main reason for visiting Curitiba was to do the scenic train to Morretes but it meant missing the prepaid breakfast as the the tour pickup was 7.00am, the same time that breakfast started. Most hotels we have stayed in before have breakfast starting at six or have arranged a breakfast pack or room service.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient location, nice views, awesome breakfast buffet, kind and helpful staff.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and always prepared to help us. They organised a tour and were so helpful when there were problems and everything was rebooked for the next day.

I would have liked the restaurant to opened in the evening

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area with easy access to city center, shopping mall and many restaurants. the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. Rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful staff at your service.

It seems that there were some issues with room service according to other reviews.

The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. the hotel was in a good location, near public transportation and walking distance to some restaurants.

The bathroom was outdated and needed some maintenance. the shower head was broken and the water pressure was too low.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was near everything in downtown and even close to a large shopping mall. We were able to explore the city easily on foot, thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were helpful in assisting us with planning our itinerary and providing recommendations for getting around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

I can definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
